OLD BUSINESS:
The minutes of August 07, 2001 were accepted as written and signed.
NEW BUSINESS:
SUBJECT: Highway, AJ May
HIGHLIGHTS:
Discussed posting King Road to “No-thru” trucking. Judy will check the statues.
SUBJECT: Police Chief, Ann Emerson
HIGHLIGHTS:
No concerns.
SUBJECT: Earl Weir
HIGHLIGHTS:
Mr. Weir would like to upgrade Hilliard Road up to and including Lot #2 of approved subdivision plan of March 26, 1971. Mr. Weir will bear the cost of the upgrade.
The Board approved upgrading Hilliard Road to a Town maintained road according to Town specifications up to and including lot #2 pending approval of the Road Agent.
SUBJECT: David Colbert
HIGHLIGHTS:
The Pavilion at Carpenter Park will be completed for Old Home Day.
The Parks and Recreation Commission has established rules and regulations for the use of the Park.
